Well due to abuse of the old image posting system, I've implemented a newer version of the script from the same author.  Thanks celerondude, your scripts rock..

Users will now have to fill out their email address and click an activation link in the email.

I currently have the settings set to 10MB of files, and 50MB monthly bandwidth.  This may change in the future to reflect upon the rest of the sites bandwidth.
